Meet Leigh-ann

Hi, thanks for stopping by! If you’ve found your way here, you are likely struggling with your child’s sleep and in need of some support. Good news, you’re in the right spot and I’m here to help. I’m Leigh-ann, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and owner of Sleep Connections.

 My Story

Like many pediatric sleep consultants, my journey began with my own children. I’ve been there, in the exact same situation: exhausted, unsure, overwhelmed, and needing solutions to my child’s sleep issues…yesterday. It’s difficult to wade through the sea of information out there or even know where to begin or the right approach to take. That’s where I come in; to help you develop a plan catered to your life, your child’s unique needs, and with your sleep goals in mind.

Along with my experience with my own two children, I’ve worked with infants and toddlers for over 20 years – as a nanny, a nurse assistant in a pediatric intensive care unit, a home daycare provider, and a sleep consultant. Whether your child is transitioning nap schedules, waking in the night or early morning, moving to a toddler bed, or struggling with sleep, I’ve seen it all. From naps to nighttime, there’s no challenge too big or too small.

It goes without saying, I am sleep-obsessed and helping tired families is a passion of mine. Being tired is not a badge of honor and sleep deprivation deserves support and compassion. Let’s be real, we need sleep to function in our day-to-day lives. The effects of sleep deprivation can be detrimental to ourselves, our families, and our child’s mental, physical, and emotional health. That’s why helping families get the sleep they need brings me such joy, because I know how life-changing it can be.

I’m here to guide you through this process. I love to empower you to achieve your goals and get the sleep your family needs. I care deeply about your progress, and I am dedicated to providing judgment-free support every step of the way.

I look forward to working with you,

Leigh-ann
